Birthday Celebration Guidelines
Kindergarten
- Birthdays may be celebrated as per the parent’s choice, such as sharing chocolates and, optionally, cutting a cake (vegetarian cake only).
- Parents must seek prior permission from the Principal. This can be done by informing the class teacher through the GCR, or by writing to contact@brahmavid.com.
- Students may wear school-appropriate civil dress on their birthday.
Grades 1 to 12
- Students may share toffees only (valued at Rs 10 or less per child) with their classmates, after informing the class teacher.
- Grades 1 to 4: Students may wear school-appropriate civil dress on their birthday.
- Grades 5 to 12: Students are required to wear the school uniform on their birthday. This has been in effect since 1 February 2025.
Important Notes
- Parents are requested to check the expiry date on the chocolate or toffee wrapper carefully before sending it to school.
- The school strongly discourages the distribution of other items, such as gifts or party bags, on campus.
- Birthday invitations must not be sent to school for distribution, whether in person or through any school communication channel.
