Important: Guideline for parents to make any requests to the school

Dear Parent

The school is now running with the complete setup and functions, you need to follow the laid guideline for the communication. Below are a few points that need to be followed by you while making any request regarding your ward:

  1. All requests from you have to come in the written form via email at contact@brahmamvid.com, verbal communication over the phone or in-person WILL NOT be considered as official. If you don’t have an email id then please make use of your ward’s email id to put up the request. If you are not comfortable with English you can write the communication in Hindi.

  2. In all email communication always mention the Name, Grade and Section of your ward.

  3. All requests will take 2-3 working days processing time

  4. The official hours to contact the Admin department is between 10 AM to 3 PM

  5. No child will be allowed to be taken during school hours unless it is an emergency. For that also you need to give at least 2 hours for processing of the request. As for the safety and security of your ward, the school has to follow the handing over process and that will take time along with the other functions of the school.

  6. Do not plan any Doctor visits or other appointments during the school hours

  7. If you have any other planned engagement/function/travel, please DO NOT send the child to school on that day. We WILL NOT relieve the student during school hours.

  8. No Day boarding exemption request will be allowed

  9. For all Academic related queries, you need to make use of the Google Classroom
