Dear Mr Pabitra, Mr Pranshu, Ms Moonmoon and Ms Pallavi,
You are selected to participate in said Capacity Building Program(Details in forwarded mail)
1) This program is a school-sponsored program and the school is paying 2000/- for each of you for attending this program.
2) Hence make the fullest use of the opportunity and compile all the learnings and share it with the authorities post-session.
3) You will be on official duty for the given dates.
4) As per the information from the centre Lunch will be provided at the venue still it will be good if you carry some eatables with you.
5) You have to manage your transport on your own.
6) You will be getting a certificate of participation, which needs to be sent by email to bca@brahmavid.com and amrita.jandu@brahmavid.com
7) Also a hard copy needs to be submitted to HR and HSD for records.
8) In case you receive any learning material then it needs to be submitted to HR along with a copy of the Certificate.
9) Collect the Demand Draft from me on 7th Dec 2022 which is required to be submitted at the venue on the registration/Attendance desk for participation.2) Hence make the fullest use of the opportunity and compile all the learnings and share it with the authorities post-session.
