Dear Parent,

The annual function is taking place in the Atrium of the school and the total capacity of the place is around 500 which is around the number of parents for each of the three groups. 
We appreciate your request, however, due to the limited space constraint and safety of the people we will not be able to provide extra seats. That is the reason we keep a separate event involving the Grandparents for the Kindergarten who participate along with the child and enjoy their school life. 

The siblings will be witnessing each other performing on the Grand rehearsal days of 04th to 6th Dec.
 Subsequently, a good quality video shoot will be done for the program and will be uploaded to the School YouTube channel which can be viewed at a later date once they are available.

We humbly solicit your understanding and cooperation in this regard.

As per the call conversation with mother we came to know that the sibling is a _______________

We would like to suggest that you can choose any 2 members of the family to attend the Annual Function as per the shared guidelines. 

There are many other aspects which need to be looked into while planning any event it is not only about food or seating arrangements, we hope that parents understand the safety and security reasons with such a huge number of students, staff and parents to participate in a program like Annual Function in the school premises.
