We would like to clarify that the transport fee is an annual fee and is calculated based on the total number of school working days in the academic year.
To make the payment easier for parents, the annual transport fee has been divided into three installments. These installments are only a payment option and are not linked to the transport service used during specific months.
For example, even though the fee is paid in installments, each installment does not represent the transport charges for those particular months. It is simply a part-payment of the total annual transport fee.
In cases where a student starts using the transport facility during the middle of the academic year, the transport fee is calculated separately based on the period for which the service is availed, as per the school's transport policy.
Note:
The transport facility is subject to the availability of seats on the bus and the feasibility of accommodating the student's location within the already planned transport routes. Therefore, any request for transport made during the academic session cannot be guaranteed and will be considered based on seat availability and route suitability at that time.
