Dear Parent,

We sincerely respect all religions, beliefs, and their associated practices. However, we would like to bring to your kind attention that, as clearly mentioned in the Parent–Student Handbook (Page 22, Food Guidelines, Point No. 1), fasting during school hours is not permitted, and students are required to take the meals served by the school at the scheduled timings.

This guideline has been framed keeping in view the student's health, safety, hydration, and overall well-being. Students have a full and active school day involving academic classes, physical activities, and day-boarding engagements, for which timely meals and adequate hydration are essential to maintain energy, alertness, and participation.

We therefore request you to kindly ensure that Yagya takes the meals provided by the school during working school hours. He may observe the Upwas on non-working school days, designated holidays, or after the completion of the school, in accordance with the family's religious practices.
